I bought a 4KVa Triple Boost stabilizer in Mercy Electronics, Kodambakkam.
Since I bought I'm facing lot of problems, normally a stabilizer works in this way it boosts low voltage to high voltage whereas it works in reverse we have IP Voltage of 240V and it reduces to 195V.
Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue as the product is in warranty...

I had bought a Premier Stabilizer some time back. There is a problem with the stabilizier & is not proving desired output voltage. Though it is under warranty, no one came to resolve the issue. I had called the customer care & they promised some one would attend the call. The technician's name is Moorthy & I kept on calling but all in vain.

I N. Narayanamurthy, aged 62, bought a Premier Double Booster stabilizer for my Window AC on[protected] with one year warranty from RSS Store, Pallavaram.
