About sim card de register
Iam using the mentioned no.-[protected] since from 1year & without any intimation or information automatically sim card is getting registration fail,iam using this no.for reliance RDTV EPRS demo,it was in working till 19/5/2012 now after complaining also no action taken for this issue.Plz do the needful as soon as possible to get the sim activated....
No action taken to get the sim activated.....................

Abrupt disconnection - Huge bills

I was using prepaid number "[protected]" during 2008. In the month of July 2009 Vodafone sent me bill for Rs.11000/-. I questioned the bill and did not pay it. Since then the company started humiliating me into paying the said amount. I had series of correspondence by way of emails with Vodafone Officials and in one of the mails their Official admitted a lapse on their part but asked me to clear the dues saying that corrective steps...

Deactivation

Dear Cutomer Care,

I have taken a prepaid connection on 8th Dec 09 and it worked for one week. Since It was not working for more than one week, I approached the Senior executive at Chrompet Outlet and asked me to submit the address proof again and done so on 1st Jan 10 and I was told that before 1700h the number will be activated, that has not been happened as committed. The number activiated on 2nd Jan 10 at 1130h.
