I had taken the policy from PHCI in the year 2016. For the first year, most of the bills were reimbursed, however the bills which were submitted at the end of the policy were not reimbursed. Hi i took phci policy in the month of may-2017 for 10, 000/- inr.in 29-may-2017 20:17, 2017.
The vouchers issued to me were of expired date, i immediately 05.06.2017 cancelled the policy on the second day from issuing. Phci emailed me stating that please return the vouchers and the policy amount will be refunded,.
The only assurance i use to get is that "sorry for the inconvenience caused we will get back to you shortly".br...

There were many calls from the above said company for opd medical services. I had done a credit card transfer to this company and i got the committed vouchers for consultation, lab tests, eye care etc. The payment made was rs.10, 000.

I got a call from Riya Khanna ([protected]) on 07th Sep 2016 regarding Platinum Healthcare Plan worth Rs 10000 for 6 members with 4 years validity and a large no of vouchres and products. At that time I ignored it but she again called me on 08th Sep 2016 and made many other promises to buy this plan....

Got a call from PHCI on 5th Jan 2017, they offered their platinum plan for Rs 10000/- & also offered me BP, Sugar machine & body massager. When i shown my doubt on their offer & tell them to call me later, they started calling me like mad dogs, they called me around 20 times on 6th Jan & even message me & with every message their frustration kept going up, it was very clear with the language of the message, finally i disconnected the call...

I called there Cutomer care on vary next day about cancellation of policy. After numerous follow up on 3rd Nov'16 there executive said that you do not need to call again and again. You will receive you refund in 45 days. But till today I did not got my money back.
I tried to can't act them through email but email bounced back from both email address [protected]@phci.org.in and [protected]@phci.org.in...

preventive health care is a fraud organization. they are looting people... misguiding them. don't go on their lucrative offers. the positive comments over here about phci have been posted by them only with different names & fake profiles.

it's a very big scam... they'll take your money & will drop your number in black list... you won't be able to contact them or recover even a single penny from them...

When i received the kit from their side, committments were made by them were not correct, so i called on their number and their executives were misbehaving and not transferring the call to the concerned person. Some of the promises were not full filled after receiving the kit of my health plan. I was not satisfied with PHCI team.
