I have asked to replace GKK kit post I see the filter change indication. The technician arrived and changed the gkk kit on my filter but after changing the kit, u see the water is getting leaked and though I shutdown the filer, the water is getting wasted. I raised a complaint with customer care, I was asked to change some sensor part for which I agreed but again the water leakage started. Then again, the service person is asking to change PCB board and so on . I have spent around 4k and now again I need to spend another r handsome amount to fix the issue. They are just looting money without fixing the actual issue.

Actually Lifebuoy soap is Toilet soap, but according to TV advertisement this soap is bathing bar which is wrong.
So I request you. Please take the action immediately against this product.

A technician visited on 19th December to my house and changed the outer (external filter) by charging 475/- Rs. and no other service done by him inspite of asking him to do servicing. he only changed external filter. I purchased my RO water purifier from Vijay Sales on 29/05/2023. Just after 6 months it starts showing an indication that you need to change the Sediment filter. I contacted customer care and then came to know I needed to for the consumable part and service charges also, it's totally unacceptable that consumers need to pay under warranty. PureIt should stop giving warranty....

We requested so many times regarding germ kill kit they are not responding...

One technician visited on 24th May 2023 to fix a leakage issue in Marvella Pureit RO. He informed that a part needs to be replaced and will take 2 days. Till date no resolution has been provided. No information is also given on repeated reminders and complaints...

Pureit water filter was bought from reliance store with extended warranty of 4 years. Now after 1 and a half year even though 10 tickets being raised nobody is bothered to come for the service or replacing the filters...

Gkk2 kit is replaced recently as indicator is pointing to it even it was replaced just few months back. After the gkk2 kit is replaced the indicator started showing the same within 3 days. When complained they have rest the device and the gkk2 showed back to normal. Latter after 2 days only it started again and now they told it is problem with circuit board. Asked the authorized agency So it should be an problem even before with circuit board...

They have cover up other people walls with their advertisement without any permission and it has been done in village regularly from last 5 years, case of Bulandshahr (203408) I have loss of 5 lakh rupees as they have destroyed my school paintings and I'm totally devasted and unheard ....

I had purchased Pureit copper purifier three years back. Few days back I could notice leakage in it and the very next day the apparatus which was wall mount just broke and about to fall down. I raised the complaint, the technician visited and was told that the outer covering was developing crack in it and that was the reason for the leakage and falling of the apparatus.
