Quality of construction of courtyard is really bad see first phase is completed more than 3 years ago but no proper front gate
first road is almost disturbed so imagine quality ...
they promised amenities in first phase still not given
what is guranty they will give amenities in phase-2 they may say we will give it in phase-3
please be very careful these guys are very diplomatic...
