I have raised almost 6 service request to get help from Racold to fix my geaser which is in warranty period but no one has ever responded well and the service gets closed after few days and when we try to contact some vendors subjected to the customer care providers they never pick up the calls or callback to provide any help...

I purchased Racold Water heater over 2 month ago and it took a month to have one of their engineers visit and help with installation. The next thing, new product was defaulty and I have since then been waiting to receive support from Racold.

Its literally harassing how despite raising several requests, there is no support whatsoever. Kindly advise if you are unable to support, else I shall proceed with raising...

I had sent an official complaint on 9th January through your portal with high hopes. The wifi function on my geyser has not been working for the past one year. Racold people to fix it but they are completely ignorant about wifi.
I receieved an email from Racold to know my telephone number. I had requested them to do all correspondence on email for records.

I bought two wifi 25ltr geysers from Racold. One of them was working fine but then stopped connecting to wifi. I did several complaints on phone and they promised to resolve. It has been more than six months now and the problem has not been solved....

The was leaking and called the customer service people then few days later a man comes and checks the geyser and said it will be replaced but you have to wait 28 days and now it's been 3 months and over the representatives don't answer properly and keep referring to other people and those people keeps telling you 1 week later it will come, this is highly irresponsible and extremely unethical to loyal customer, very bad customer service experience...

Had bought Racold Heat Pump from Pallav Vaishnav of Alchemy Address :- Shop No. -E/291, Sobo Center, Gala Gymkhana Road, South Bopal, Ahmedabad - 380058 (Sobo Center Mall)

It stopped working in 3 months. Kept calling the person but no response.

HE is a highly unreliable guy.

Racold should reconsider his agency and take it away from him...

Bought 200Ltr solar water heater in Nov'2020 and observing leakage issue with in less than 2.5 years. Installation is carried out by Racold personal. The service technician visited for complaint and mentioning the installation is not per norms. System is under 5 year warranty and tank replacement is denied by the Sri Mythili Enterprises. I have purchased a racold geyser on 13 Jan 2023. But till date not installed it. Very very poor service. Ana also I wish to return the geyser tomorrow without fail....
