I have recharged my Pre Paid BSNL Number by net banking with paytm mobile solution of 100 days pack of Rs.106 and amount is deducted from my account two times, 12th April 2021 & 14th May 2021. But I have not received balance and no message from BSNLtwo times.
When I contacted BSNL costomer care, they said they have not received the amount.It causes lost time and money for me.So do the needful. I expect positive response....

Through customer service I had requested to attend a complaint on my Samsung TV model UH 39EH5003RX 200/sl no ZX7V3mmcco138.and customer care department hearing the details from me inform me that in addition to the cost of spares i need to pay Rs 630/as service charges.
