I have booked a ticket from payatm on for aug 14 th travelling on July 28 and cancelled on aug 05 2021 . Till now I didn't get refund from rajesh travels...

I travelled from visakhapatnam to bengalore in Rajesh Travels Sleeper A/C on 19th Feb 2021. My ticket cost is 2200 including GST.

During the Journey time, bus staff is so rude and don't know how to interact and serve passengers.

I paid high premium amount by expecting better services from your travels staff, but they were very rude and poor while serving passengers.

This is horrible travels I have ever seen. They call before 10 hrs and they say that your Sleeper bus canceled and you need to go in semi sleeper. Not ready to refund extra money we paid. I recently visited Tirupathi by Rajesh Travels package tour of Rs 1550/- (Multi axle Volvo). I along with many co-passengers faced lots of problems related to bus, staff, guide, and food. Brief description is as follows:

1) The bus seats are very cramped, there is very little leg space. I am of avg height, 5'.5" and I found it very uncomfortable, could not sleep at all!!.

I took the tirupathi package tour from Bangalore on 2nd Jan 2011. My dad and my mom, who are above 60 years old were accompanying me. I had booked the bus tickets some 3 weeks ago to avoid the rush as I was to take my parents safely. At the time of booking there was naturally no seats booked. I was the first. The experience with Rajesh Travels and Kaleshwari travels is horrifying.

Their punctuality is pathetic. The support staff in the bus and in their offices are hopeless. Their attitude towards passengers is pathetic.

We have missed the bus twice because of the confusion created by the staff in their offices. They are very rude when talking to people and have always tried pointing the mistake towards the passenger...

Please be aware of these kinds of Travels agents.

I went tirupathi last week and i selected Rajesh Travles for my Tirupathi Darshan package. I paid them more than money they asked me for better services. we are total 9 memebrs in our group inclusing my wife and frieds wife. Initialy we thought we will get best service from them as per their booking time. they told us and ensures about their best services in all over bangalore....

.I Used their Thirupathi Package tour on 11 Feb 2010. We were told that there will be A Darshan at tirupathi, followed by a visit to Thiruchanur. Included are Darshan, Breakfast, accomodation for freshup, Breakfast and lunch. ( They charged the full fare for the 6 year old kid. since it was told to me and I accepted. No complaints On this)

2. I have booked the 3 tickets, from R5, R6, and R8. These seats were really good. BUT...

We three friends decided to hit Tirupthi over the weekend (07/24) and chose the package tour offered by Rajesh travels to make our trip hassle free.
