The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Non Change of Mailing Address
I have been repeatedly writing to Readers Digest to change my mailing address, which has not been done so.
My subscription for the monthly RD is being dispatched to my old address. Thankfully i am in the Army and my letters are being re-directed to me.

One More Rd Scam Fake Sweeptake
Last month March, i Received one letter from Rd India. that my subscription is renewed and one more letter from them from to wards an yearly 3 times rd will conduct the draw for the sweeptakes to win the prizes In May and August and the Super Grand Prize of 30 Lacks in Dec... Now this June till now Rd Did Not Announce the winners of May Sweeptakes that means they are Just Fake Company...
