I am facing issues while using reliance netconnect internet.
I have been talking to reliance customer care for the issues. I have not been provided with any help for that matter.
I was suggested to raise a complaint by writing mail to customercare@relianceada.com

i am using reliance cdma sim and whenever i recharge over 50rs they cut my balance every time.
and tell me you activate some service while i am not subscribed any service.

Reliance broadband Internet (Palarivatton region ) is the worst one in the customer complaints. They wont care whether the internet/phone is not working for more than 3-4 days. And if we call the customer care, they will say like the complaint is already closed.. Worst in the service..

Though this is a good feature, that a customer can choose what the person calling you hears, rather then old tring tring. But sometime, privileges are misused, it could purposely or could be due to one's ignorance.

i had one reliance net connect u s b card and got one offer that if you recharge with 220 then you can use the net for one month free i had done the recharge and now after the 4 th day it has got disconnected and it was a cheating which i faced ....
