I am victimised by the reliance GSM Fraud. I used to get continuous calls from customer care and and later one fine morning i found that some unnecessary services like love tips, diabetics tips, beauty tips,etc are activated in my account and charges are also deducted accordingly. i always recharge INR 500 and i never noticed my balances are getting exhausted because of the trust and faith i was having with reliance. I am Abhishek. Today i recharge my no. [protected] (Reliance GSM) by the internet. And i have recharged by the freecharge.in site. My father bank account no. [protected] (Union Bank of India) and this account is operate by me. I have recharge 75/- amount. And this amount is deduct in account.

But i have no get balance and no confirmation send by the freecharge.in in my mail...

I am Manali Paranjpe smart gsm user since 3 years.I'm really fed up by this unnecessary deduction of my balance.This is the 3rd time I am complaining regarding the same matter..Last time I was assured that this deduction will not occur again..but it has happened .So I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have Reliance GSM Mobile No.[protected]. It is a pre-paid account. It is been observed regularly that the account balance money gets wiped out without any phone calls. Recently I had recharged it twice Rs. 200/- and Rs. 100/- But within 4-5 days it was found that account was empty. Total amount got wiped out. This telephone is used by my mother & she is not regular user of the mobile.
So the question doesn't arise of any...

This is complaint in respect to activation of any value added service without any request. Every-time me or anyone in my family or friends or recharge mine/their Reliance GSM prepaid, the very next day we find deduction in our balance. And every time we call customer care (that again call for amount deduction) it gets connected after so much wait and then I find balance deduction is for the services we never heard of. And they take 2 days...

Reliance GSM : Same problem going on since one week.......
Still same problem going on, co. deducting Rs. 2, unnecessarily from my balance. Mobile No. [protected]. i tried 5 to 6 time on 198 & *333, but all customer care executives are busy. till 8 to 9 minutes no response from C C & i have to cut the call.
I want to know for what they deduct the amount, Let me know the cause.
