i am using reliance GSM from October 2012 from last 20 days i do not have get connectivity, while contact distributor he has find problem no submission of document but i don't have find any prior intimation regarding that i have submit document again but still it's not working now nobody is responding on that please resolve my issue as early as possible my mob no-[protected]

I have Reliance GSM SIM for approx 2 years,My complain is ,they have deduct unnecessary balance by default made the activation o[censored]nnecessary services automatic. I am facing a problem for last six month ,several times i have talked to customer care and try to stop all services, activated by them.But after few days they reactivate 5 or 6 services.

Around 10 - 12 times, they have deducted my balance...

Sir, I have purchased reliance sim from a reliance stall which was arranged near my house i.e.,Neredmet X Roads, Hyderabad on date 12/02/2010. The offer was Rs.52/- talktime and 1rupee per 3min and daily 500 messages free for 1 month. The sim is not activated still now and i did not get the offer also. Its like I paid 100rs only for the sim chip. I called Customer Care many times, sometimes its busy & sometimes they say contact the dealer....

I bought a GSM SIM which number is - [protected] from a salesman of the Reliance company at Indra Nagar, Rishikesh,Dehradun and he had taken alll my photocopied identity papers for activating sim on 03.01.10 but 03 days passed but the sim has not activated yet. I request to the concerned authorities please may be activated my GSM SIM at the earliest....

there is lot of congestion in ur network..
i have activated the tariff plan in which local GSM reliance to CDMA reliance IS free for a month<cost 300rs>..
but first day it work properly.. but from the next day onward it start showing nonsense...

There they wrote such line...
Reliance GSM STD Dhamaka - get 600 minutes of std calls to any network at just Rs 285.
STD minutes valid for 30 days only..
So I did recharge of Rs 285, & I got only 400 STD minutes only...
PLZ TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON IT...

Ihave recharge Rs 496 reliance gsm promo reliance gsm to gsm std free, promo will be activated but icall std in uttarpradesh east company will decuted my balance, then i call reliance customer care, customer care told me std promo will not activate in uttarpradesh and other state like mumbai, delhi
