Please take prompt action against the above callers as they keep changing numbers even after I blacklisted their mobile numbers in my phone. They are asking me questions which are immoral and beyond my dignity as a human being. I warned...

hello this is satish kumar from new ashok nagar new delhi - 96. i am using reliance gsm sim no. is +91-[protected]. it, s a roaming sim from bihar. i am using 3g data pack. it, s speed is so poor even page is not open on 3g data mode. and i can, t make call from my mobile in one time. and i cann't connect with reliance customer care.. plz take some action on this particular area. On 30th April i had activated 2G GPRS activated of Rs. 248 for 60 days.

On 30th April at 11.17 am sms received from 52811 " Dear Customer, your recharge for MBBP248_2G is successful, you will be charge 248 for this service, the plan will be renewed on 29/06/2013 or 60 days from today. Thank you, Reliance."

but i am unable to make call to call centre or ivr [protected],*222 while dialing it connect to pre-paid department.this problem i am facing since 2months but their is no action to be taken even i visit to reliance web world.hope you will do the need full in this matter.

Please see trailing mail for my issue. Request submitted on 7th June. 8th got a message saying that "Your Port in Request for Mobile Number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons - BSNL." Daily calls for 3 days before the customer care executive finally accepted a complaint, not against the delay in porting out (They are not allowed to take that complaint they say) but against knowing the reason...

I recently ported to Reliance gsm prepaid service. my no. is [protected]. According to their porting offer, I was untitled to receive 1p/2sec local, 1p/sec std, free gprs upto 1 gb and free sms(any network). all these and some other facilities till first three months. but to my shock, I was being charged Rs. 1 for each local and Rs. 1.5 for each std sms. i tried to call customer care but they never pick up. I am using reliance GSM prepaid mobile service.But this service provider has deducted Rs 30 from my balance amount my complain no is[protected].when I contact customer care service they told me that I have activate this service at 2.30 a.m 21mar2011 but from my side i have not activated any service/pack.They simply deducted the amount without informing me.when I call customer care dept. they told me that they will not refund the amount....

I have always had the normal "tring tring" sound as my callertune........but last week, it was automatically changed to a reliance tune with a message saying "reliance mobile is now 3g, please contact us to switch to reliance immediately"

I have called customer care 10 times already, each time i am told there is nothing they can do.....and it is out of my control....they also say...

I am a reliance GSM customer from Jul 2009. My No. is [protected]. My SIM card is invalid since 13 Nov 10. On 22 Nov 10, at 1600 hrs, I went to a Reliance World Shop at MG Road, Opp of Aurora Towers, Pune. They told me that they did not have any blank SIM, so we can not give you any assistance. They told me to bring any blank Reliance GSM SIM from anywhere then only I can get my number back and I can use my number. They did not take any action....

I am Abhay and I am using a Reliance GSM since 19th Feb.2009,my mobile number is [protected]. I had also registered for Do Not Disturb on the same date. At first it was ok and I was not facing any problems but since last 1 to 2 months Reliance people have started activating any package they want and are taking away my balance(This I am was not aware till I kept a close eye on my balance and checked it very frequently)....

sir i am continuously getting vulgar messages and wrong calls from this reliance number

This is the website and check out Sir, and when call on given number nothing happens. Their customer care says we do not provide this kind of service. When i ask that i want to complain about their service they use to say we cannot note your complain. They making fool of customer.

I had purchased new postpaid Reliance GSM Connection 4 days back only. During my purchase from Reliance Web World i had been assured fully that there won't be any network related issues in whole Haryana. But now when i was sitting in my Karnal office there is no network coverage or very bad signals. I had contacted customer care they told me yesterday that there is some problem in Karnal of our network and it will be positively resolved...
