sir,
plz kindly inform me is there any way to speak to the Reliance(smart) customer care agent?
because i m always suffering from the balance deduction problem.
from last 2 months they are deducting my rs- 14/ for the sms pack n its getting 2times each month.
and i want to talk to the customer care agent regarding this...
so please kindly inform me how can i speak to the customer care executive..?

Dear Sir,
100 Rs has been deducted from my balance on 19/06/2011. I have launched a complain in the customer care of smart but they have did not provide me any reasons for which my balance has been deducted. I am regular customer of reliance (smart) sim . In few months ago unwanted deduction of my accont balance .then i register in complain in customer care.In recent days i talk with miss sujata of reliance agent and she gives me customer service number[protected]. and she told me 24hrs refund your deduction amount balance. but no any refund amount received in my account
so, please check the service availability and refund my deduction...

on my phone i am not set any caller tune, but it is come and deduct Rs.30/- in my balance. Also i want to stop company sms and call on my phone. What ever scheme you are operating in market when i need i will search through out my freinds and your distributor.PLZ ACTIVATE DND(DO NOT DISTURB).

Cut my balance without taking my Permission to activate CRBT SERVICE

please stop this type of game to activate the CRBT SERVICE with out taking permisssion from me.I don't know when they activated it with out my knowledge.They Send me a message on 14th nov 2009 & said that my my CRBT service had been renewed at Rs. 20 for a period of 20 days.Even they gave me a no to unsub it. But it does not work.So please take a correct & stuff action against them so that they never do it again.br...
