First of all I dount know how this service bikini rich aleart activated and then i was trying to deactivate it for last 45 days- calling on cutomer care no and visiting reliance web world.
Every day they are charging Rs 5 for this service and these people dont know how to deactivate...

I have change my CDMA No. 9352717721 to GSM before 10 days but still the GSM no. is being not activated....

I have Relince CDMA no 935167594 and i change it in Reliance GSM service via MNP. After that i lost network I made many complaints to Company but there is no response for me. I angy with it but helpless. There is also 44*H ME error also.

Sir, As collar tune service charges every month an amount is deducted from my recharge amount, wereas I have never opted for such service. So, you are requested to cancell the caller tune and help me to get rid of the regular deduction of amount....
