Samsung M31 MOBILE

Mobile touch screen was not responding .At the same time I could observe that I was able to call the phone, alarms were working .This probably happened due to exposure to moisture during the Rangpanchami event .Please note that the phone was securely kept in a plastic bag hence should not be considered as accidental insertion in liquid .Apart from the touch screen the side buttons such as volume and on/off were not responding . Samsung AC

I bought an air conditioner two years ago, and now it's displaying an EC error. I attempted to lodge a complaint via phone, and a technician came over. However, without inspecting the unit for any faults such as gas leaks or internal issues, they simply suggested replacing the outdoor unit to resolve the problem. My 55 inch TV had a power switch problem. Engineer from Samsung Fracnchisee Cantto International visited and replaced the switch but spoilt the Back Light module and TV became totally black. Samsung Galaxy M30s motherboard issue

Hi,

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M30s phone about 2 years back. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre, Lalbaug, Vadodara ) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced at the cost of 5000/-. There were over, at least, 15 people with the exact same complaint in the service...

Samsung TV replacement

Recently purchased a Samsung S95c model from Reliance digital showroom in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

Complaint registered on Dec23 for TV replacement/refund since the product supplied is found to be defective(motherboard/tv panel issue within 2 months of purchase)

Not refunding Money for Galaxy M34

I bought Galaxy M34 on 18 Jan 2024 from Dealer Gopal Mobile Fatehpur 212601.
Next morning I reported him about battery drain mobile camera and hanging issues but he refused to refund.
Next day I visited service center as requested by samsung customer care but all in vain they refuse to refund.
My device still have same issues.

Not only my device but all Galaxy M34 have the same issue informed by samsung...

S24 Ultra Preorder Cancellation

I've placed pre-order for S24 ultra on 20th Jan 2024 and decided to cancel immediately after 2 hours. There was no cancel option on the website and hence reached out to customer care via call, chat and emails. Every time they said the order will be cancelled and their dedicated team will contact me over email or call.
