No return on the investment made

I had made an investment and was assured the sum sum of INR 5000 and the guaranteed bonus of INR 1400 till now I have not raised any complaint and had lost all the hope getting my money back please guide and help me get my money back....

I have booked a domestic service from sangwan golden cargo movers pvt ltd. on dated 9th july from bangalore to bhubaneswar. as per the commitment they told me it will be delivered max within 10 days, but it's already more than 15 days and not yet deliver. after so much calls they are not giving me a proper date of delivery and the owner is not taking my call. plz help me on this immediate....
