I am totally disturb with reliance services. Money deducted from my pre-paid account. My Mobile no [protected] and I am using this number for last 4-5 months. On 27th July 2015 I have recharged my account with Rs 220/- Talk time & Rs, 120/- talk time .I used GPRS after recharging as work internet package was active till 27th July 2015. When we checked our balance on next day it was showing Rs. 0/-. I have tried all the option to convenience...

I have done recharge for my wife (Mrs. Megha Santosh Patil ) prepaid mobile [protected] on dated 27/07/2015 for Rs, 220/- Rs. 120/- but now the balance is showing Rs. 0/-
I was trying to get support from their customer care center but they take all details from us & deliberately disconnecting line. Since last 2 days I have made so many calls to them but nobody is supporting on the same & not giving any reason for not showing...
