Transaction problem

Abnormal interest rate on car loan

I took a car loan of Rs. 2.5 lakhs on 9.4.2009. At the time interest rate was 10.50%. I remitted @ Rs.4150 for first 51 months and @ Rs.4300 for the remaining 33 months. Now I was informed that I have to pay another 45000 rupees as interest balance. not providing internet banking facility

Manager saying if the person have 61 age they will not get internet banking facility..

Not able to do Online transactions

I am a Customer of SBT, Nerul branch. The customer care department is very very poor. The number which is given in contact no.[protected] is of SBI. It is not able to have contact with customer care of SBT. I have made so many complaints by Online(complaint nos.414480, 414485, 414256, 414477, 414478, 414255...etc).
