I placed an order for Offlimits Tracking Shoes on 4th October 2025 through the Snapdeal app. The product was scheduled for delivery by approx. 13th October 2025, before Diwali. However, I was later informed of an operational delay at the courier’s end and was repeatedly assured by Snapdeal’s customer care team for four consecutive days that the product would be delivered within 24 hours.

After much online search for good 2B pencils, we decided to go with Snapdeal.

The order for the 50 pencils was placed on 7th July and the date of delivery was 12th July. I opted for cash on delivery. As insisted by delivery person who was in a hurry, I paid 400. (image attached) After he had left, on inspecting the package, it was found that the package contained only 1 box of 10 pencils instead of the 50 promised (Image attached)....

I ordered a trouser pant on January 5, 2025 from Snapdeal.Jaggu was delivered. I got exactly what I had ordered. When I tried it on, I did not like its colour. I ordered 5 products, out of which I kept one. I wanted to return four products because the quality of product is not good. Now, the company is refusing to process my return request, stating that my return ratio is too high. However, they never mentioned my return ratio anywhere in their app. They should have warned me before I purchased the product that my return ratio was high, so I could anticipate potential return request rejections and make an informed decision.

I order some multicolor underwear's for myself, after waiting for almost 1.5 weeks. I received my order. When I opened my order I saw that I have received different order( I got underwear's but of different size, color). Then I placed an replacement request they said it will be replaced in a week. Now I have waited for almost 1.5 weeks, till now my order is neither replaced and nor my money is returned. When I try to reach customer support executive, they tell me that, there is no customer executive available. I also mailed them about this issue but there is no response from their side. At last
I need refund
or
my order should be replaced.

I I ordered a muesli from snapdeal on 9/12/23 and I received an open leftover package. I raised a complain for the same for replacement or refund. Till today there is no response from snapdeal so I turned to this platform hoping to get my issue to get resolved. Thank you .

I joined this place as a part time job. I was asked to register by paying 200 rupees and then they asked me to pay difference amount while completing the tasks. As I paid they increased it and never returned my money back.
