The delivery didn't happen for more than a week so when i called the helpdesk the reply was that there was some problem with the courier and they are re-sending. I placed the order from snapittoday.com on 28/Nov/2012 for around Rs 500 for Lakme facewash. They committed to make the delivery in about 3-4 days, but still there is no transaction details of my order and they are not responding of my complaint mails too.
