Yesterday I went through Satluj ludhiana bridge and for that i have go through the toll. for which i have paid 178 rs for two way, while i was coming back i noticed that the slip they gave me was missing so i requesting the attendent to check the computer if she could help me out with the same as in the else case i had to pay 120rs more i was just coming back after 2 hours. but she refused to check and there was traffic and i had to pay 120rs...

ACCORDING TO THE REACH TIME OF THE TOLL WAY TICKET WE REACHES THERE BEFORE THE TIME BUT DUE TO POOR SERVICE OF BRIDGE ON HIGHWAY SO MANY CARS IN THE QUEUE DUE TO THIS DELAY IN REACHES TO THE TICKET COUNTER AS THEY CHARGES EXTRA CHARGES RS.117 FOR THIS WHICH IS NOT FAIR AS WE ALREAY HAVE THE TICKET OF RS.175/- PLZ TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THE SOMA ISOLUX NH-ONE TOLLWAY PVT.
