it's been just 7 months since i bought my w580i mobile phone from a sony ericsson dealer in trivandrum.inspite of the advice from friends about the fragile keypad of this phone i insisted on buying this phone because of the brand name and it's popularity.

the number 8 key has a mind of its own, it will just start pushing 8 continuously at random, makes it impossible to text.
also the people who call me cannot hear me when i am answering my calls resulting in numerous people putting the phone down on myself...

This is to inform you that I have purchased Sony Ericsson w580i on 28th february.2008, But now I am facing problem regarding the same.

1. Display is not working properly
2. Connectivity problem
3. Sound problem
4. Bluetooth is not working...

i have given this w580i set before 14 days and still didnt recieve the set yet now. this is a bad service and this will make acustomer to fear for buying the product....
