Its been just 6 months since i bought this set(gray color). Since the first week itself i had problems with the key pad cracking but i was managing somehow. Now the left button on the top panel and the top button on the center dial has stopped working, and the side light also glows in different...

I had purchased a new phone of sony ericsson w550i in 22.02.08 but after some time a prob accured in handset and i sent it to service center
on 18.03.08 but still i have not received my phone back...

I got the Sony Mobile in the end of Dec-07, i haven't used that mobile fully for two months too.
it was hanging a lot nad one fine day in march it was switched off and went to dead condition.

when i took to the Sony service station they logged a complaint and one week...

I had bought Sony W580i in December 2007 and within 3 months it stopped working, when i gave it to sony ericsson service center for servicing, i was informed by them that it will take 10 days to get it replaced as its motherboard is not working. Its now 24th day and i havent got my cell back....

hand set is 1 call 1 minit talk and after very very hot and ear sound is totaly low my Air candition room but no ear sound

NOTE: 1 day puarches and secund day is promble...

I cant take any picture after 5/6 days from buying date, from the day I started using this set lots of complaints like not reachable, swiched off, engage.
Responce ;went to service center near malleshwaram bangalore.
Too much attitude from management, request for replacement...
