My staff Mr. B Das purchased a samsung Galaxy star pro from Sri Sai Telecom of Panchanan Apartment, Hanskhali Pool, Howrah on 10th July 2015 for Rs. 4800/- but the phone was defective so the shop owner send it to service centre but till today they did not deliver the set. So look into the matter at the earliest....
