We were travelling from. Kaniyakumari to bangalore... They stopped for dinner in one hotel... We have two kids 2 and 5 years old... We were little late... For that the driver and the second driver was yelling badly at me... They were very rude.. Why are u so late.. We can't wait for you.. I told them i have two kids so it was late.. He was not ready to accept that.. Very worst experience... Pls don t choose srs... It's my request... Very...

My wife had a horrible experience . she was travelling alone and to add on top of that the cleaner demanded extra money for luggage . The bus was not full with passengers may be that could be the reason for rude behaviour . he would be happy if there was some passenger coming which would fill his pocket. this is not an acceptable behaviour . the type of business you run needs good behaviour towards passengers .
