Sugam Enterprises - poor customer service

This agency gives very poor service,,,its been 10days we have booked our cylinder (after 2months).......then too they r not delivering the gas cylinder....we should know the reason behind this. Why HP gas is not giving a delivery properly? if we call them the answer is "wait for 2 more...
