Hi,

I just took the Sun dish tv connection, just 2 months back on 02/03/2010 with set up box no: po[protected], smart card id: [protected]r by paying 1690/- (1250/- installation charges + 440/- rent) with SR Nagar dealer in Hyderabad.

After installing, I faced many problems with the signal, that every time I have to call technician for repairing it and for him to attend would take at least 2 to 3days. He told...

Continuously appearing E48 error and no single channel be viewed by us since two days

I took the Sun dish TV connection in the september'08 and paid Rs.2000/- towards installation charges and one year free subscription. During summer heavy winds, the alignment of Dish got disturbed and complained to the concerned and no one turned up. I personally made it ok and it worked for sometime. Again i complained to the distributor and the technician was sent and did something and got channels on that particular day only. Again...

i already complaint 4th month 2009 for sundish settop box failure. No response till date. Recharging of monthly subscription

Unfortunately I have missed to renew the monthly subscription for the basic plan Tamil ( rs.100/- ) and the line got disconnected on 14.02.09, now we have purchased the recharge coupon for Rs.100/- but we are not able contact your customer care to recharge and activate the channel.

We have tried a lot to contact the customer care ( [protected] and[protected] but nobody is responding.

So pls. confirm the...

depends upon package channel

package channel cost should be high price and activation charges also high . so this case how to use middle class family in the package channel . so i hate that...

Recharge cards not available

I am not able to get a recharge card anywhere in Mangalore, I have tried for the past one week at their main agent at K.S.R.Road and also various dealers, to no avail, Also I would like to know when importaint chanels like Discovery, Travel & living, Reality, AXN etc..will be available....
