BSNL Hungama plan - unsubscription of hungama plan

I have availed broadband connection in bsnl. my landline number is[protected]. I have not subscribed for hungama music, movies & games but a sum of Rs.349/- has been unnecessarily included in my bills each month. Without my consent through phone the subscription has been done. So kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should not include the amount for plan....

with reference to my landline no.[protected], it is to inform that we have not demanded any hungama services but it has been charged in my landline bill.
In view of it, we request you to terminate/stop service of any Hungama against my land line no.[protected] w.e.f may 2014.
This is for your information and necessary action to stop/terminate your any hungama service.

I have been a BSNL Customer for long and utilizing the BBH Combo ULD 625. It was alright and I had no problem till October end. However, the real problem had started from November, 2012 onwards, when the BSNL resorted to the unwanted and forcible imposition of the Hungama Services On Demand such as Music, Movies and Games upon me. I don’t understand the term “On Demand.” Should it not be in writing? Does this term be legally acceptable?...
