Service is worst

I drop my Suzuki Paraman Motors, on 21st Mar'15. And i said want to change break shoe and mileage adjust, and oil change general services, he said amt value of rs.1500 for this services . And i take my bike on eve 7o clock they put the bill value of Rs. 2407 ( additionally they changed Air filter ) when i take my bike break was not working . I asked service person Mr.Rajasekar regarding this issue, he replied you not said to change the break...

Suzuki Access 125 Paint is damaged

Worst vehicle

I purchased Access 125 on 14/07/2013 at Roonwal Suziki Motors Pvt Ltd. From the starting the service is not good at Roonwal. For the past four months i am facing the issue of the vehicle getting off while running. I informed this to the service center and gave it for service for 4-5 times and each time i paid Rs 300 - 600. Unsatisfactory after sale service

CSD service charges and misbehave

Respected Sir,

My father bought a suzuki access scooter from dinco motors rewari through CSD on 06.03.2009. We gave the vehicle handover document and other payment like insurance fees etc. to the dealer, after that the manager ask us to give Rs. 400/- extra for CSD service charges against that we ask for a receipt. The manager deny to give us any receipt and pointing his fingure to us and ask us to leave the agency shop if...
