This is really a bad experience faced. With the passing of time, I am losing faith in CRED and its delivery partner. WIll share this information with my colleague from college, company and all friends circle so that they should also be aware of this issue where even after payment product goes missing either by CRED or Delivery partner. DD not yet received
DD got dispatched on 18th october, 2021 as per hdfc. Its been 11 days, i have yet not received the same. Even i am not able to track the my courier thru id given to me.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
