I booked a ticket at tnstc on 6/3/24 i paid the amount correctly, the amount 630rs also debited from my account the next second, but the app said an error occurred, and doesn't give me any booking details. This is to bring to your kind notice that, on my bus journey, I have encountered with a conductor who behaved rudely with me and shouted at me stating, I was sitting in a seat reserved for old people. I would have happily given my seat to the old man or woman even if it's not reserved for them. As I'm not from Tamil Nadu, I'm not able to read whatever is written inside the bus.
