Tata Indicom Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I have a complain with Tata Indicom Broadband services.
I have taken a connection of 256Kbps one month back.
From the day one and till today I have launched many complains at their Customer Care.
Few major complains are :
1) Connecting jack is loose

Hi, I am from Pimple Saudagar, Pune.. I too paid the amount in cheque. But no extra charge..

The stupid Customer care ppl only work with the internet query number who remembers that? they don't consider the application number.

many months back, last year, my internet connection got blocked, suspended. when i called the tata indicom call center, they told me that the account has been suspended as i have not renewed it. which came as a surpurise to me as i had recently paid the rs 1800 fee and renewed it. i told them...

i am a user of VSNL broadband..i took a pack of 64 kbps for 6 months on which i am entitled to free installation. as per their promise i got it.

now, since my 6 months got over, i took(recharged) my connection for another 6 months @ 64 kbps and the same amount was charged..i wanted...

I've been using "Tata Broadband Internet Service" from last 7+ Months as I have no choice as you all know it's all India and Indian service provider(s). We all have lots of patience (including me as no option out...). In India these big companies say them self "#1 ISP"...

I happened to have used many other Broad band connections earlier like sify & hathway. I do see that when it comes to Service, all of them are really bad but I believe VSNL is probably the worst and the most frustrating of them all.
