I had ordered the super slicer product after watching the ad on HBN. When I got the product I was really shocked to see that it was a cheap imitation of the product shown on TV.Firstly the product advertised was white in colour but the one I received was made out of cheap blue plastic which does not even have the name super slicer on it.Since there is a 15 day money back policy I called customer care but she told me that I will only receive...

bad product and not ready to refund the amount that i will have to pay for postal charges

I got the delivery on 29th September 2008. when i opened the parcel the packing was real bad. it looked like ages old. and when i tried using the machine it didn't work, blades were completely blunt.
