I had ordered the super slicer product after watching the ad on HBN. bad product and not ready to refund the amount that i will have to pay for postal charges

ordered for a super slicer around 16 days back.. I got the delivery on 29th September 2008. when i opened the parcel the packing was real bad. it looked like ages old. and when i tried using the machine it didn't work, blades were completely blunt.
