Tender tiger refuse to provide any customer support. The website is a total scam and when you have an issue with receiving scam/spam emails or the account doesnt work after you have made a payment they refuse to help. Most of the time the call centre and chat online staff pretend to have helped but you find they have done nothing and your still left with the issues.

The company requested me to make 100% online payment. I asked them about the availability of the tender. They responded in the email saying they had the Tender. After I made the payment, they didnt send me the tender. Instead their representative said that I need to Go to Rwanda Department to get the Tender. They are totally fraud.
