I had purchased a Protege Toshiba Laptop from the aurthorized Toshiba dealer at Nehru Place, New Delhi. Within two months of the purchase the adapter of the laptop failed. On notifying the dealer, one Mr Amit of the Toshiba showroom at Nehru place in New Delhi, of this issue he promptly laid off his hands of it and diverted me to take up the issue with the service center. My Toshiba Laptop is not working for more than a month, my company has a contract with HCL for servicing of Toshiba Laptops. The service is so poor that I have been asked to wait days on end for an engineer to come fix my laptop and have been lied to by Dimple (Customer Care) and Anirudh (Technician) from the Pune branch about coming and fixing up my laptop. I’ve purchased Toshiba satellite laptop from All though the product is good but after sales service is pathetic.

I’ve purchased the Laptop extend warranty, which needs an online registration. The online registration failed as there are various flaws in the online process

1) You can not process your extended warranty if your original warranty is not registered on the website (Toshiba India)

I am from chennai. I have purchased a toshiba laptop a year back and the warranty was already over. I got some problem in laptop and it was not working. I gave it for service in TVS-E servicetec in chennai which is a authorised service centre of Toshiba. I had bought notebook on 01-june-2008 and i am facing a very big problem continously. I got a Toshiba laptop and it was working for first five months. It has Got complaint with its board.It has got international warranty for one year. So I had given it at a Toshiba service centre at ernamkulam( HCL Touch ltd, Thoundayil Lane ,Panampally Nagar, Cochin). Toshiba Laptop - Laptop not repaired even after 20 days

I purchased Toshiba laptop satelite 640 model. One day display colour got blured. i lodge a complained to Toshiba and as per their direction i submitted my laptop at their service centre (Nehru Place, Delhi). Even after 25 days these people are not able to resolve the issue. it is very embracing for me and causing serious business loses.
I request every reader not to buy Toshiba Laptop.....don't repeat the mistake i have done.
If possible please do something...

This is to bring to your notice the corollary of issues haunting my life ever since the purchase of a Toshiba laptop. Please be patient enough to go through this mail and help me out in this case.
