Parcel lost

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I have two parcels with track on couriers one to Tiruvalur POD no[protected] and the other to Bangalore POD no[protected], both my parcels have not been received by my party and my order has been canceled.
the people at the Track on couriers dont even have the courtesy to reply back to the client that the parcel has been lost.
after following up from our side not got any reply from their end.
I will demand for a compensation...

Non delivery of document

Dear Sir,
I have sent a document from chandigarh to chennai as on 08.10.09 through Track on courier. Till date the courier has not delivered , I've search their web trackalso. It shows it is in Guindy Hub. The courier people has given assurance within two days your document will reach to the consignee.Where I've to raise a complaint and why should i choose the courier.Pls confirm when the document will dispatch to the consignee....

the most horrible courier company

This trackon is really the most horrible courier company i have ever come across. it is my daughter's birthday and her nani had send dresses for her from punjab. i was dispatched on friday that is the 6th of june and i was suppose to get it on 9th of June and today is 11th June and still there is no clue how so ever about the courier. most of the times, the lines are busy and when we get to speak to anyone, they say it everytime it...
