Transcend - About Pen Drive

Hello,
I brought a pen drive from local store keeper from Vadgoan(bk)
on 17 March 2006. It has Life Time replacement Warranty. But After 6 months pen drive not detecting. I asked store keeper to give me replacement since long days. Now today he blame me on as Maharashtrian very badly that heated me very much but I do not act any(as he is from other state).
Please,.......Give me solution................

I want a replacement of 2 gb pen drive, purchased from sun Electronics. Station Road, Santacruz (E). MUMBAI, INDIA.
While Purchasing the shop person gave me a paper written that amount so n so, Product name and serial
No. And verbally told it contain a warranty of 12 months.
On mid of period my pen drive was not working fine, The shop person replaced and gave me another
pen drive.Now its second time again my pen drive is not working, I returned to shop person he refuses to replace and told me 2 mail to Transcend they itself will replace it.

ON THE PEN DRIVE TURNING FAULTY THE SAME WAS GIVEN BACK TO THE ABOVE SHOP FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.BUT THE DEALER HAS SINCE BEEN LINGERING ON THE ISSUE.IN SPITE OF TELLING THAT THE JOB WILL BE DONE IN A WEEK, IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 45 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.THE ATTITUDE AND CUSTERMOR CARE OF THE ABOVE DEALER HAS BEEN HIGHLY UN PROFESSIONAL....

Transcend - not working

i am T Ravi Kiran. i am using 2 GB pendrive for near about a year which i have purchased from Bhopal.
The pen drive is not working. It is not being detected by any personal computer. When i plug it in to a desktop personal computer, four times the LED glows and then stops. Nor i am able to access data stored in it. I am in need of the data badly. Kindly repair it or replace it.

Transcend - 4gb pendrive not working

Dear sir,
I have purchase new Trancend Pendrive 4GB on cash 750/-RS on 02/03/2009
But now some softerware problem occured suddenelly. The pendrive dosent read in system .then i have show this pendrive to were i purchase this one but he told me there is no service center in jabalpur (m.p) so there is not be repair nor replaced.
But when i have purchase this pendrive in cover compney write Life Time Warrantey.
so please do helpfull to solve my problem.
or if my problem not solved then i have go to Consumer Fourm. pls replace this pendrive.

Transcend - Warranty..??

I have a Transcend Jetflash V60 8GB pendrive i bought from ebay, I have mailed them regarding Warranty but no response I have Forwarded the same to seller but again no response from him. When i tried to contact Mediamen Infotech at my locality he said only from where i have bought it i should ask for service!
I dont find any service station in india. Some sites mentioned 2 nos stating to be of service station @ mumbai but those two nos are also not correct.

Pls guide me about what best can be done about it??...

I am facing an issue with Transcend. The company seems to have a very poor attitude towards its customers. I will never again buy any product from Transcend. I also advise everyone else to stay away from their products, as the company's priority list does not include customer service or satisfaction.

Here's my case. My Transcend 2 GB RAM (memory module) failed during August 2010 and I immediately gave it to Accel Frontline (Transcend's customer support partner) for replacement. I was told it would take 25 days to get a replacement and I was shocked. It was not an expensive,...
