I have paid an amount of Rs 6750 to Mr Shubro of Shiva International to make my air tickets from New Delhi to kolkata on 21st oct alongwith the return ticket on 31st oct.Am staying in New Delhi as of now in connection to my job,my hometown is kolkata.I have the paid the amount to him on 10th of August...I have made ticket from them earlier also hence relying them I have paid them the money prior to issuing me the ticket...even...

Poor and Fraud service from Travel Agent
My name is George K Thomas. Me along with a Cousin Sanju booked a tour package to Malasia and Singapore on 4th December to 9th December 2009 from Ben Tours and Travels during November. They agreed to arrange all the facilities for Rs 28500 including Air ticket, Visa, Transfers, sightseeing, Accomadation with Food and Breakfast. They were very customer centric upto the time of getting the amount from our end.. Then they arranged the tickets....

Travel Company Cheated us
We 3 couple booked USA tour through a Santacruz (w) base Travel Agency.
1) They committed all the Hotels’ name in March to One family differs than they committed to another 2 families in April. While all o[censored]s received some other Hotels’ name on 14th May and gave stay in some other hotel in S.F.O. and Motel in Naigara.

Last month we engaged with suvidha. But its horrible. Services of Suvidhaa is hopless, tensionable. If you are planning to engage with this company, think 1000 times.
