Regarding pan application.

I applied for a new pan card (Form 49a) as a resident indian with coupan number: u-a[protected]. My pan card has been with held for processing without any objection marked!

Kindly let me know the reason for my pan card application being withheld for processing and the procedure to be followed in order to get a pan card issued henceforth.
