SUDDEN SHARP FALL IN NAV

MY UTI ULIP 71 (10 YEAR) MATURED IN JAN,10. BUT, DUE TO SOME TECHHNICAL PROBLEM ON MY PART I OULD NOT REDEEM IT. AFTER THAT THE NAV STARTED TO FALL DUE TO CORRESPONDING FALL IN THE SENSEX. I AM YET TO REDEEM IT. I HAD DECIDED TO REDEEM IT IN THE PRESENT WEEK WHEN THE NAV WAS 18.81 ON 25/04/2011 BUT AM SHOCKED AND ALARMED AT THE SUDDEN FALL OF NAV TO 17.18 WITHIN TWO DAYS THOUGH THERE HAS NOT BEEN SUCH A FALL AT THE SENSEX. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE...

Non-receipt of Maturity Amount

I have a uti ulip 71 policy (Member ship No.[protected], Investor Id.[protected], Folio No. [protected]) which was matured on Nov. 09. But till date I have neither received Redemption notice nor maturity amount. Request to intimate the prgress in my E-mail address at the earliest.

I hold ULIP policy no. [protected] of target amount Rs. 30, 000.00, the joining date is 13/3/93 and the policy matured on 13/3/2008, with the last installment of Year 2007 duly paid. Please inform me the present status of the policy, the bonuses declared if any, and the process of redemption.
