I ordered a combo of electric gel bag and 1.5ltr hot water bag rubber which is incomplete. There is no charging cable/wire for charging the electric gel bag and i called at customer care and they said that your product is non-returnable.
Please see to it. Either replace my product or return it and refund my money or i have to go to consumer court....

I have ordered bridal collection blue faux georgette semi stiched dress material worth rs 840 on date 16 aug 2016 my order was not placed and no order information is available on snapdeal. 850 rs deducted from my account but the order and i have try to communicate your costomer care nos so there also did not received any strong answer...
I have already complaint i contact snapdeal on facebook also... But did not received my money......
