Extremely rubbish and worst customer care by whirlpool

I have lodge a complaint on 04 July 2009 for defrost function of refrigerator but still no response is there.
Even on complaint reminder on 06 July 2009 no response...

i, saroj suneja want to lodge a complaint against your company due to its bad service to customers.our fridge was not working properly and it was taken away to your workshop on 24june2009 and we were told that it will be back in 2days and since 10days have passed but we have not received it...
