I BOUGHT XOLO A600 MOBILE IN 16TH DECEMBER 2013 FOR RS.7345.AFTER 3 MONTHS IT HAD THE PROBLEM OF TOUCH SCREEN DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORKING PROBERLY.I GAVE MY MOBILE TO GAYTHRI COMMUNICATION(XOLO SERVICE CENTER), TRICHY.THEY GAVE ME MOBILE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ONE MONTH AND LIKE THIS, THREE TIMES THEY SUBMITTED MY MOBILE FOR REPAIR.AFTER THREE MONTHS I GOT MY MOBILE BACK.THAT TIME THEY SAID THIS PROBLEM WONT COME AGAIN.

Hi,
This is to inform that i have
purchase <A600> on <08/04/14>. Even with very minimal use
the mobile has got problem and I submitted it to your service center
<We Care> on <02/06/14> for repair. The mobile is
under warranty still they forced me to pay <950> for repairing
charges. Even after more than one month the mobile is not repaired.
