Dear Sir,
I tried to reach Circonia over phone #[protected], [protected] but it was coming not reachable.

I purchase new SONY xperia Sola from them via rediff shopping, order #7675987.

Its USB cable is not charging my cell phone which is very disappointing me and the Bluetooth which i have received that's charger is not working..

So, I requested them to send us a bluetooth device which...

I had ordered Nokia E7 Vertical Carry Case from rediff shopping, Order No. 7271548. But i found the product is faulty and not genuine. Secondly it was different from what was shown on rediff site. (pls find attached image of product) Product value is INR 660.00.
and already sent back to CIRCONIA 416, Daulat Bhavan, 407,407A Kalbadevi Main Road, Opp Bhaangwaadi Kalbadevi,Mumbai - 400002 for replacement or refund....

I have bought a brand new Nokia 503 headset form CIRCONIA via Rediff shopping,I got the item via courier.

But the device is faulty and couldn't use even once. It just shows a red lamp on charging that is all,doesn't even switch on

Kindly help me as am in a distressed situation because I cannot reach the vendor as am from a far place.

I saw similiar complaint but they all used it atleast...

i have placed an order for Canon EOS 550D Kit II (EF S18-135 IS) Digital Camera 8GB Memory Card
on rediff shooping. the order no is 6657967. after accepting the order now the supplier is saying the material is out of stock. my payment has already been made.

This Vendor must be banned! Rediff must not associate with Circonia again. They do not have proper contact numbers and don't return/pick calls.I placed an order on the 31st of Aug and the product has not been dispatched yet. The executives at rediff have no clue as to what is happening.

Dispatch in 2 Days else, return money.
