Nashik municipal corporation tax payment complaint

I make payment through union bank of India for municipal tax of Nashik municipal corporation for Rs 2101, while payment id [protected], after payment receipt not generated and error show problem while returning back to application.
I have not received any receipt for 2101 for above payment
I request you to refund my money or give me payment receipt....
My account has been blocked due to fraudulent activity. What fraudulent actions? All I did was to use the functionality of the service: depositing, betting on sports, withdrawing funds. You have no evidence that I am a fraudster and violate the rules of the gaming platform....
