I had cancelled a ticket on Air India from Delhi to Patna with Web Reference Id - AIBE6935251, I have received a mail saying the refund has been processed but i am still to get the refund amount. How many days should i wait before filing any complaint with the consumer court.

This has the reference to my Credit Card No.5546 2329 0241 2096 of Standard Chartered for which the total amount due was Rs 57392.98/- only.

I had two cards of Standard Chartered ending 0716 (Gold) and 2096 (Titanium) for which I have paid all my dues and a copy...

i purchased 3 jewellery from takshh at 3 different times first time when i purchased a jewellery then at that time the ring cost was 51000 which was including making charges on it worth rs 15901, which means that the jewellery was for 35000 only... anyhow on that day making charges were waived...

I had payed an huge amount for my sitting and for a surgical lipo they never called or given any sitting now they dsay card expired and that i should pay another 1,80000 and get the sitting i have paid them 1,70,000 my hard earned money just on there words and now i feel hopeless , i had postponed...
