I have bought A Smart phone watch of xelectron from snapdeal.com
But the product is not working properly.
I have complaint about it to both Snapdeal and Xelectron.
But the answer from snapdeal is that we are not responsible for that u have to contact Xelectron
So...

I have buid an product from eBay.com at 30th April the seller gave me tracking code as he shipped on 1st may but still i have not recvd my parcel
they are stucked in customs from 18th May @ ahmedabad
the tracking number is RB417699004CN
Plz help me out ASAP.....
