I am deepak mishra, i have used reliance gsm sim , i have recharge on my mobile rupees 299/- on date 19-5-13 , they are giving 6000 Min of local R to reliance, but today when i am calling by my another reliance mobile then they are show insufficient balance.

i lost my old Sim card then applied for a new one with the same number with all the proper documents copy of FIR.
the said that "it will be activated within 30 minutes"
its 2.5 days now, and still they are saying it will activated soon!
