I have applied to close my CC A/c. no. and applied for No Due Certificate but till date we have not received the certificate.

Every time, they are replying that we have sent on my address and will receive shrtly but they are not clarifying the date on...

I used a BarclayCard credit card for 6 months. Below are the problems that I find
a. The service quality is poor.
b. Irregular bills.
I closed the card by paying the complete amount amount. After about 2 months I receive a phone call from the BarclayCard collection department
